Our cellophane wrapping machine is a high-efficiency automated packaging equipment specially designed for 3D sealed packaging of boxed products. It integrates automatic feeding, film cutting, folding, heat sealing and finished product discharge, widely used for packaging cosmetics,perfume,cigarette, food, tea, stationery, gifts and other boxed goods. 10-boxes overwrapping machine ,it is suitable for packaging cigarettes box by using BOPP film.
The transparent film and easy-draught line can make the product anti-false and moisture-proof, meanwhile, increase the additional value, grade and decoration quality of product.
This machine adopts imported PLC man-machine interface control.
It's action is all driven by cylinder.The lower film system is controlled by Inverter motor. It can adjust the size of the lower film arbitarily.
It has stable and reliable and reliable operation, film and smooth sealing, and maintenance-free.
New models can be designed according to user needs.
This cellophane wrapping machine adopts advanced PLC programmable control system and servo motor drive, ensuring stable operation, high precision and low failure rate. The whole machine is made of high-quality 301 stainless steel, which is sturdy, corrosion-resistant and hygienic, complying with CE international certification standards, suitable for long-term continuous industrial production.
It is equipped with an intelligent constant temperature heat sealing system, which can accurately adjust temperature and time according to different film materials (BOPP, cellophane, PVC, 0.02-0.035mm thickness), ensuring firm, flat and wrinkle-free sealing edges, and can be equipped with anti-counterfeit tear tape to achieve anti-tampering and anti-counterfeiting effects. The machine supports tool-free quick adjustment for different box sizes, with simple operation and intuitive touch screen control, allowing operators to get started quickly without professional training.
With adjustable packaging speed (10-120 packs/min), it meets both small-batch customized production and large-scale industrial production needs.
